I will show you how to get the most out of your home,
and very importantly, advise you honestly about the
values of the homes that are being sold in your area
presently. My premise is twofold when selling a home
or land- attempt to procure the highest price for you
as my seller and at the same time inform you as to what
constitutes a realistic price for the home or property
that I am selling on your behalf. Sometimes a seller
is asking less than the market will bear, and sometimes
the seller is of the opinion that his or her property
is of a higher value than the market will bear. It is
my promise that I will work to sell your home or land
at the highest return, based on market conditions.
I want to sell your home or land for the highest price,
but most importantly, I want to sell it. That means
being completely honest with you about what the market
will give for your home or land.
